Following years working in project and senior management I decided it was time to do this working for myself. Helping others to achieve their goals, so I can achieve mine – so I set up Nicholls Free Range, providing flexible and affordable business support.
I specialise in working in the women’s sector, ensuring services and organisations are effective, efficient and sustainable, striving to achieve equality and to prevent violence against women.
I’m great at working with others, planning and delivering exciting ideas (whether mine or someone else’s), and thoroughly enjoy seeing them through to their fruition.
